A community cannot leave the street door open. A shop cannot lose the first hour of trade. That is why we separate street door, shop door, shutter and garage: authorisation, the hours when noise is allowed and whose name goes on the invoice all change.
In every case we ask who authorises (chair, administrator, shop owner or caretaker) and whether neighbours or customers must still pass while we work.
Amounts follow the public tariff: opening from €69, cylinder from €90, night or holiday surcharge €35, VAT included.
Four accesses, four services
Community street door
A lock that will not latch, a porter cylinder or a neighbour’s keys in circulation. Coordinated so the building is not left open.
Authorization: Chair, administrator or a neighbour with authorisation. After midnight, ID and building details; the invoice is regularised the next day.
Hours: Weekday 8:00–20:00 for planned changes. A blocked street door: any hour, with the surcharge if it applies.
Billing: Invoice to the community or the managing agent, with tax ID.
