Lock and cylinder brands we work with

Models we fit or repair, faults we solve and the parts we usually carry. A photo of the cylinder face is enough to identify the brand.

We work TESA, CISA, FAC, Lince, Mottura and, when the opening requires it, Yale, ISEO, Fichet, dormakaba, Mul-T-Lock and KESO. We identify the cylinder from that photo and tell you whether there is a spare or the whole set must change.

The photographs are trade shots: cylinders without a logo. The commercial name is only in the text. Send a photo of the cylinder face to confirm the spare.

• TESA / ASSA ABLOY

  Models: T60 (standard, three keys) and TK100 (security, five keys as supplied). TE5 and T80 when an existing set already on the door must be matched.

  Faults: A scraping key, a cylinder that turns freely, a snapped bit and lost copies.

  Usual parts: T60 and TK100 in the usual euro sizes 30/30, 30/40 and 35/35; cylinder cam and screw.

  Change a TESA cylinder

• CISA

  Models: Astral (residential), AP3S (security) and RS3 on doors that already have it.

  Faults: Worn pins, a key that will not fully enter and a cylinder that does not drive the latch.

  Usual parts: Astral 30/30 and 30/40; AP3S to order if it is not in the van that afternoon.

  Repair or fit CISA

• FAC

  Models: S20 and Safety Plus on metal block and shop doors.

  Faults: Seized cylinder, snapped screw and a loose shield.

  Usual parts: S20 in short sizes; compatible flat generic shield.

  Replace a FAC

• Lince

  Models: C6 series on gates, plot doors and residential accesses. KESO is another brand, not a Lince model.

  Faults: A bolt that will not reach, a rusted gate cylinder and a bent key.

  Usual parts: C6 in 30/30 and 35/35 when the opening requires it; gate bolts and strike plates.

• Mottura

  Models: Champions C28 and series 59 on home security doors.

  Faults: A cylinder that will not sync with the double bit and a key that will not complete the turn.

  Usual parts: C28 in 30/30 and 30/40. The full 59 is confirmed when you call.

• Fichet

  Models: High-security sets when the opening is already Fichet. Not a first-line spare.

  Faults: A lost patented key and a body that will not take a generic euro cylinder.

  Usual parts: Not always in the van. Quoted and we return if it must be ordered.

  Models: Building euro cylinders. Identifying the model from a photo avoids ordering blind.

  Faults: A profile that will not match a T60 and community copies out of control.

  Usual parts: Euro 30/30 and 30/40 if the profile matches; if not, we confirm.

• Mul-T-Lock

  Models: High-security cylinders with a patented key.

  Faults: Lost patented key and a cylinder that will not take a hardware-store copy.

  Usual parts: The profile is confirmed. We do not improvise a Mul-T-Lock after midnight if it is not in the van.

• Yale

  Models: Domestic Yale cylinders when the existing one must be matched.

  Faults: Snapped key, play and lost copies.

  Usual parts: 30/30 and 30/40 sizes; if there is no stock, we propose an equivalent TESA or CISA.

We do not fit “any brand on the market” if there is no real spare. If your cylinder is not on this list, send a photo and we will say whether it can be matched or the whole set must change.
