Locksmith prices in Barcelona
Starting amounts we can honour in weekday hours. The total is closed on the phone before we leave or, if the hardware forces it, on the landing before we continue.
The final price is confirmed when we see the door, the cylinder and the hour. What we publish is the starting point so you are not working blind.
In Barcelona city travel is included. In Ripollet and Vallromanes: €20–25. Cabrils and Llavaneres: €25–30. Pineda de Mar: €30–35.
Every amount on this page includes 21% VAT. On the invoice you will see the net and the tax separately.
How night and holiday combine
Night surcharge: €35 from 22:00 to 8:00. Holiday surcharge: €35 on Sundays and official Catalonia holidays. If the visit is both night and holiday, a single €35 surcharge applies: we do not add €70.
The surcharge is added to the job; it does not replace out-of-city travel. A weekday Saturday in daylight has no surcharge; a Saturday at 23:00 does.

What each job includes
Opening from €69
City trip, opening of a standard door that is only latched, and a close test. Does not include a cylinder, shield or surcharge.
Cylinder from €90
Standard cylinder (30/30, 30/40 or 35/35), 3 keys, screw and fitting. Does not include a new lock or a security shield.
Full lock from €155
Residential mortice body, cylinder, keep alignment and a test. Certified hardware is quoted separately.
What changes the price
Door and lock type
Standard, security, armoured or multipoint doors do not open the same way. More locking points, more time.
Cylinder condition
Keys inside, snapped, anti-pick cylinder or anti-bumping shield change the job.
Hour and holiday
At night or on a holiday the surcharge is €35, one only even if they coincide. It is not hidden at the end.
Distance
City included. Metropolitan from €20. Maresme and Vallès are quoted when we confirm.
Parts
A standard cylinder does not cost the same as a TESA, CISA or Mottura security cylinder.
If damage is required
If a non-destructive opening is not viable, lock or shield replacement is quoted before we continue.

Flat door only latched, keys inside, weekday, Barcelona city. Opening €69 + travel included + parts €0. VAT included. If you ask for a T60 after opening, the total becomes €159.
- TESA T60 cylinder change in Ripollet, Thursday 16:00 — €110
Worn 30/30 cylinder. €90 cylinder + 3 keys + labour + €20 Vallès travel. VAT included. If the body will not take the cylinder: €155 + €20 = €175.
- Snapped key in Gràcia, Saturday 23:40 — €204
Opening €79 + standard cylinder €90 + night surcharge €35 + city included. VAT included. On a Sunday at the same hour the surcharge would still be €35, not €70.
Frequently asked questions
Is “from” the final price?
It is the starting point under the conditions described, with VAT. The final figure is confirmed when we see the door.
Do the night and holiday surcharges add up?
No. It is €35 in either case, and €35 if they coincide.
Is travel to Pineda included?
Not like city travel. It is stated when we confirm: the C-32 run is 55–70 minutes and has a travel cost.
