Warranty and limits
New cylinders or locks we sell to a consumer have the three-year legal warranty for lack of conformity: it covers a manufacturing defect in the product. The fitting work has a 12-month warranty for installation defects. Later forcing or a forced key is covered by neither.
In Barcelona city typical weekday travel is 20–35 minutes, depending on district and traffic. Eixample and Gràcia are usually at the low end; Horta, Nou Barris or Zona Franca at the high end. Ripollet 20–30, Vallromanes 30–40, Cabrils 35–45, Llavaneres 45–55 and Pineda de Mar 55–70. Traffic or a previous visit lengthens it.
There is no visitable workshop street. The tax ID is on the invoice. If a community needs it first, it is requested by email.
