Privacy policy

Purpose: to handle information or quote requests sent via the form, phone, email or WhatsApp — including a lock photo you send — and to log those contacts so we can reply.

Data you may provide: name, phone, email, town, requested service, a description of the incident and, on WhatsApp, images of the cylinder or lock. We do not ask for health data or official ID through this site.

Legal basis: consent when you send the form and, when you call or write on your own, pre-contractual steps at your request.

Retention: the time needed to handle the request and any legal duties that apply. We do not publish customer lists or invented reviews.

Recipients: the people who handle the requests and the technical providers needed to host the site, send the form and run anti-spam (Google reCAPTCHA on the contact page). Data are not shared for third-party advertising.

Rights: you may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to contacto@cerrajeros-urgentes-barcelona.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

The site is not aimed at children. If we detect a minor’s data, we will delete them when we can identify them.
