Solution: Opened through the mechanism without damaging the leaf or shield. The same cylinder was left.

Problem: Lost keys in a flat in Eixample Dreta. The body was sound.
Brand and model: TESA TK100 30/40, existing shield reused.
Solution: Replaced the cylinder with a TK100 30/40. The TK100 is supplied with five keys; all five were handed to the owner, with the ownership card.
Amount: €145 incl. VAT (city, weekday, security cylinder).
On-door time: 35 minutes at the door.

Problem: Car locked in a car park with the key on the seat, weekday.
Brand and model: Car door lock. No car-cylinder replacement and no transponder.
Solution: Opened the cabin without breaking glass. The owner proved the vehicle.

On-door time: 22 minutes beside the car.

Problem: Roller shutter that would not rise at 8:10, slat off the guide.
Brand and model: Metal shop shutter with no motor brand; generic padlock.
Solution: Guided the slat back, full cycle. The motor was not touched.

Problem: Gate and house keys were lost. There was no forcing.

Solution: Changed a Lince C6 on the pedestrian gate and a TESA TK100 on the house door.

Solution: Opened the pedestrian gate and freed the leaf. The spring was tensioned. No electronics.
